About

I’m Matthew Wireman.
Helping People Become Their Best.

I help individuals, leaders, and teams create alignment in their mind, body, and soul so they can live with clarity, purpose, and lasting impact. Whether I’m teaching in the classroom, pastoring a local church, coaching a high-achieving client, or speaking at a leadership event, my goal is the same: to help people become who they were created to be and live a life that truly matters.

I currently serve as the Program Director for Christian Studies Online at North Greenville University, where I oversee the development of courses that combine theological depth with practical, real-world relevance. I also serve as the founding pastor of Christ the Redeemer Church in Greenville, South Carolina—a faith-filled, supportive community that my wife Ashley and I planted in 2017 from a simple Bible study. My academic journey includes a PhD in Systematic Theology and Patristics from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, where I also earned my M.Div. My research centers on early church theology, spiritual formation, and the intersection of doctrine and discipleship.

But my work extends far beyond the classroom and pulpit.

Through my coaching practice—Integrated Coaching—I work with entrepreneurs, business leaders, and driven individuals who are successful on paper but feel stuck, misaligned, or spiritually dry. My signature program, My New Rich Life, helps people redefine success in holistic terms. It’s not about quick wins or superficial goals. It’s about building a life rich in integrity, relationships, vitality, and impact—what I call the true wealth of life. I’ve seen firsthand how aligning your inner world with your outer goals leads to transformation that lasts.

My approach is both strategic and soul-centered. I guide clients through deep personal reflection, actionable goal-setting, and sustainable rhythms for growth—without the gimmicks, noise, or busywork that often clutters the self-improvement world.

I’ve written for The Gospel Coalition, The Southern Baptist Journal of Theology, and The Center for Baptist Renewal. Whether writing, preaching, or podcasting, I’m passionate about making timeless truth accessible and practical for everyday life.

When I’m not coaching or teaching, you’ll find me with my family—my wife Ashley and our four incredible kids. We love hiking, gardening, discovering hidden coffee shops, and taking road trips that turn into unforgettable adventures. I’m also a lover of books, music, and long conversations that explore life’s deeper questions.

At the end of the day, I believe this: life is too short to live out of alignment with who you were created to be. If you’re ready to pursue a life of clarity, peace, and purpose—let’s begin.

I love helping people define the kind of person they want to be and come up with a clear plan for how to become that person. How to enjoy the life they envision.
